Product description: Gullon Ladyfingers, or in British English sponge fingers, are low-density, dry, egg-based, sweet sponge biscuits roughly shaped like a large finger. They are a main ingredient in many dessert recipes, such as trifles and charlottes, and are also used as garnishes for fruit or gateau chocolate and sometimes for the sponge element of tiramisu. They are usually steeped in a sugar or liqueur syrup, or in coffee or espresso for tiramisu dessert.
