Are all your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic. We source directly from original manufacturers and authorized retailers from abroad , and we have a rigorous authentication process in place.
How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. For Dhaka metro area, we provide delivery services within 2 / 3 working days through our own Delivery Service, for outside Dhaka 3 / 4 working days. For other areas, we partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products in case of damaged or expired products upon management decisions , provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. However, we’re working on expanding our services to neighboring countries in the near future.
